I have uploaded my first video to YouTube (please be kind interwebs).
I Identified all three Higher Order Thinking Skills in Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy – analyzing, evaluating, and creating. In the future, I plan to upload a walk-through of Bad Piggies and Dragon Box. These were the games I asked my participants to play for my dissertation on Higher Order Thinking Skills in iPad Games.

“At last year’s Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences held in Waterloo, Ont., the CFI caught up with David Waddington, a Concordia University researcher who studies the impact of video games on civic awareness. The CFI is a supporter of the Big Thinking lecture series at this year’s Congress, to be held in Victoria, B. C. from June 1-8.
David Waddington is an Assistant Professor in Concordia University’s Department of Education. One of his research projects stems from a theory by video game ethicist Miguel Sicart, who believes video games can help educate people about important social issues and encourage social engagement.” – from report posted on YouTube
